Socheata Sim serves as Program Manager of Oxfam’s Mekong Regional Water Governance Program. Since 2014, Socheata manages the portfolio of Water Governance in the Lower Mekong Basin to promote inclusive civil society engagement in water resources management and governance, with the particular focus on enhancing the voice, agency and leadership of women and marginalized groups in the water governance processes in the Mekong.
