
Nong Huu Duong holds a PhD in Natural Resources and Environmental Management from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. He is currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Natural Resources and Environment at Vietnam National University of Agriculture, and a former researcher at the East-West Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Dr. Duong specializes in GIS and spatial analysis, with extensive research and publications.
