Monica Herz
Monica Herz is Associate Professor at the Institute of International Relations at Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. She also holds a Position as Senior Fellow at the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI) and is member of the executive council at the BRICS Policy Center.
