Dr. Khen Suan Khai is the Head of Mekong Program, Asian Research Center for International Development and Lecturer at School of Social Innovation, Mae Fah Luang University. He has published research articles and given presentation on the issue of Natural Resource and Indigenous People's rights and he has written opinion pieces for media in Myanmar. He holds Ph.D. in International Development and Cooperation from Hiroshima University, Japan, M.A. in Public Administration from Mae Fah Luang University, Thailand and M.A. in International Development from Chulalongkorn University which was supported by Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung Southeast Asia's Scholarship Program.
