Felix A . Culas is currently a risk analyst for a multinational energy company, preparing management reports on key risks and opportunities for the company and energy sector including the energy transition, macroeconomic environment, and operational risks. He joined the Malaysian Youth Delegation’s Policy & Research team in 2021. His research interests include pathways for a low-carbon energy transition and sustainable development. He graduated with a degree in Economics from Durham University.
