Prof. Florentinus Gregorius Winarno (F.G. Winarno) is an expert on nutrition and food technology. He finished his PhD in Food Technology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1970, and chaired the FAO's Codex Alimentarius Commission from 1991 to 1995. He is also acknowledged as Indonesia’s Father of Food Science and Technology.
