Ms. Carmeneza Dos Santos Monteiro is researcher, policy adviser and development practitioner in Timor-Leste. She has worked with government agencies in Timor-Leste such as Office of the Prime Minister, Ministry of Social Solidarity and Inclusion, Civil Service Commission, and Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade as well working with various international organizations such as the Asia Foundation, AUSAID UNDP, United Nations Missions in Timor-Leste. She holds BA in International Relations from Australian National University.
