Aildrene Tan has spent the last decade working in aid and development programs throughout Southeast Asia. He currently works for The Fred Hollows Foundation, collecting stories of change and impact from the region's most remote areas. His photography and design work has earned him awards from international agencies such as the World Standards Cooperation and the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness. When not working, he experiments with visual storytelling and shares them on his Instagram @aildrenetan.
