Ms. Prilia Kartika Apsari Prilia Kartika Apsari is environmental lawyer, LL.M. graduate from Columbia Law School, and currently a Fellow at Environmental Law Alliance Worldwide (ELAW) with extensive experience in environmental law and justice, and regional policy advocacy in Southeast Asia. 

During her tenure at the Indonesian Center for Environmental Law (ICEL), she contributed to the development of the ASEAN Declaration on Environmental Rights and pioneered Indonesia's first Gender Impact Assessment tool for Environmental Impact Assessments. 

Combining legal expertise with regional and international perspectives, she specializes in translating complex legal frameworks into accessible public knowledge and advancing environmental governance and sustainable development across the ASEAN region.
