Galuh was a senior associate at the International Center for Transitional Justice, responsible for country programs in Indonesia and Timor-Leste (2006-2012). She was the Deputy Director of the Commission for Reception, Truth and Reconciliation (CAVR) in Timor-Leste. She is a co-convener of the Coalition for Justice and Truth in Indonesia, a member of a “citizen’s council” tasked to seek the truth on Indonesia’s past crimes. She obtained a B.A. in Anthropology from Swarthmore College in 1988, and completed a Masters in International Human Rights Law from Oxford University in 2007.
