Heinrich Böll Stiftung Southeast Asia Regional Office (hbs) is setting up a roster of professional creatives (Individuals or agencies) who may be involved in its projects, publications and activities in the region under a year-long framework agreement. The creatives will work closely together with the respective hbs team members to work on videos, animations, podcast, multimedia formats and other forms of publications.
Terms of Reference for creatives
Service Specifications
- Help develop concepts and implementation with podcast series on topics related to the work of hbs Southeast Asia Regional Office
- Assist and advice hbs staff on all aspects of audio production of podcast episodes including recording, editing and publication;
- If possible, contributing to scripts and outlines of podcast episodes;
- identifying, contacting, and booking relevant experts or interviewees for episodes based on the episode’s topic;
- support with conducting relevant background research on episode topics.
- The creative will work in close coordination with the requester (hbs staff)
- Needs to be based in Southeast Asia
Skills and equipment:
- experience in audio production and podcasting;
- experience with preparing and conducting interviews;
- recording expertise in studio and in the field;
- audio editing;
- proficient in English;
- recording and editing equipment
Requirements
- Freelance individual or agency/company providing podcast production and editing services and technical advice.
- Experience with non-profit organizations is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
