Dr. Dinna Prapto Raharja is an Associate Professor in International Relations at Binus University and the Founder of Synergy Policies. She holds Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Arts from the Department of Political Science, The Ohio State University, US with major in comparative politics and minor in international political economy.

Her research interest includes: comparative politics of democracy, equity in social protection (healthcare and employment benefits), comparative human rights, regional political economic integration in ASEAN.

She was appointed Chair of Healthcare and Employment Working Group of Tim Transisi (Transition Team) of President Joko Widodo – Vice President Jusuf Kalla (Aug – Oct 2014), Indonesia’s Representative to the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (2016-2018), Member of Selection Panel for the Indonesian Council of National Social Security DJSN with appointment from President Joko Widodo (April – Oct 2019), Member of expert team of the Task Force for Eradicating the Syndicate of Illegal Sending of Indonesian Migrant Workers at BP2MI (2020-2021), and Member of the jury committee for BPJS Employment Social Security Award 2022.
